It was a really wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, making it perfect for my family to stay. The lobby and restaurant was decorated for Christmas, giving the whole hotel a really festive feelThe staff were very friendly and accommodating.I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in the area. Foi uma estadia realmente maravilhosa. Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos, tornando-o perfeito para minha família ficar. O lobby e o restaurante foram decorados para o Natal, dando a todo o hotel uma sensação realmente festivaA equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora.Eu recomendaria este lugar para quem precisa ficar na área.

Fue una estancia realmente maravillosa. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y limpias, lo que lo hacía perfecto para que mi familia se quedara. El vestíbulo y el restaurante se decoraron para Navidad, lo que le dio a todo el hotel un ambiente realmente festivo.El personal era muy amable y servicial.Recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que necesite quedarse en la zona.

A bit overwhelmed, when a large number guests arrived at the same time. I didn't see the e-mail about making check-in simpler until I had checked in and logged onto the free WiFi. Very good rooms, great service, it took a bit of finding. The weekend was wet so we missed out on walking in the garden but the indoor pool was excellent. Um pouco sobrecarregado, quando um grande número de convidados chegou ao mesmo tempo. Eu não vi o e-mail sobre como tornar o check-in mais simples até ter feito o check-in e conectado ao Wi-Fi gratuito. Muito bons quartos, ótimo serviço, demorou um pouco para encontrar. O fim de semana estava molhado, então perdemos uma caminhada no jardim, mas a piscina coberta era excelente.

I have visited the hotel on several occasions to help my bride/bridal party get ready for the big day! I recently visited (arrival at 6am) and was greeted by a lovely gentleman at the reception desk who very kindly offered to assist me with kit up to the suite. The area we were in was beautiful, lots of space and a great room for bridal morning preparations! The grounds of the hotel are stunning. I'm looking forward to returning soon :) Visitei o hotel em várias ocasiões para ajudar minha noiva/festa nupcial a se preparar para o grande dia! Visitei recentemente (chegada às 6h) e fui recebido por um adorável cavalheiro na recepção que muito gentilmente se ofereceu para me ajudar com o kit até a suíte. A área em que estávamos era linda, muito espaço e uma ótima sala para os preparativos matinais nupciais! Os jardins do hotel são deslumbrantes. Estou ansioso para voltar em breve :)

We stayed here as it is close to the wedding venue we attended. Could not fault it. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. There was no hassle checking in or out and the bar/seating areas were very nice. The hotel is in a great location for trips out. Very happy with the stay and would book again if staying in the area. Ficamos aqui, pois fica perto do local do casamento que participamos. Não poderia culpá-lo. Quarto muito bom, cama muito confortável. Não houve problemas no check-in ou check-out e o bar/áreas de estar eram muito agradáveis. O hotel está em uma ótima localização para viagens. Muito feliz com a estadia e reservaria novamente se ficar na área.

Un poco abrumado, cuando un gran número de invitados llegaron al mismo tiempo. No vi el correo electrónico sobre cómo simplificar el registro hasta que me registré y me conecté al WiFi gratuito. Muy buenas habitaciones, excelente servicio, tomó un poco de encontrar. El fin de semana estuvo húmedo, así que nos perdimos caminar por el jardín, pero la piscina cubierta fue excelente.

Nos alojamos aquí porque está cerca del lugar de la boda al que asistimos. no me puedo quejar. Habitación muy bonita, cama muy cómoda. No hubo problemas para registrarse o salir y el bar / áreas para sentarse eran muy agradables. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación para viajes. Muy contento con la estancia y volvería a reservar si se queda en la zona.

Recientemente visité (llegada a las 6 am) y me recibió un encantador caballero en el mostrador de recepción que muy amablemente se ofreció a ayudarme con el equipo a la suite. ¡El área en la que estábamos era hermosa, con mucho espacio y una gran sala para los preparativos de la mañana nupcial! Los jardines del hotel son impresionantes. Estoy deseando volver pronto :)

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would undoubtedly return. Reservei o jantar para minha esposa e eu depois de ficar no hotel por duas noites. A comida era boa, mas as palavras não podem expressar o quanto minha esposa e eu ficamos impressionados com o serviço. Somos gratos a Mason por tornar nosso aniversário especial. Graças à magia, que nos ajudou a encontrar nosso quarto enquanto estávamos lutando para encontrá-lo, os funcionários são bastante úteis para guiá-lo pelo labirinto do hotel. No geral, tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no hotel e, sem dúvida, voltaria.

La comida era buena, pero las palabras no pueden expresar lo impresionados que estábamos mi esposa y yo con el servicio. Agradecemos a Mason por hacer que nuestro aniversario sea especial. Fantastic hotel all of the staff were friendly courteous & helpful. Had the best Traditional Afternoon Tea ever. Served by a delightful wonderful young overseen by the very professional Harry.Dinner & Breakfast also wonderful. Partner had Spa Treatments which she rated highly & good leisure facilities pool, jacuzzi etc. No request was too much trouble for the staff. Thanks So Much😍❤️ Fantástico hotel todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Teve o melhor chá da tarde tradicional de todos os tempos. Servido por um jovem maravilhoso maravilhoso supervisionado pelo muito profissional Harry. Jantar e pequeno-almoço também maravilhoso. O parceiro teve tratamentos de spa que ela classificou como ótimas e boas instalações de lazer, piscina, jacuzzi etc. Nenhum pedido foi demais para a equipe. Muito obrigada 😍❤️

I would like to leave a review for Helen she was absolutely amazing in ensuring that I was given an amazing room for a wedding night it was all so last minute but she was so helpful and kept me so calm. She was amazing and so kind. Her management skills were excellent she ensured everything was done for me. My stay was very pleasant and I will be back very soon. Gostaria de deixar um comentário para Helen, ela foi absolutamente incrível ao garantir que eu recebesse um quarto incrível para uma noite de núpcias, tudo foi tão de última hora, mas ela foi muito prestativa e me manteve tão calmo. Servido por un encantador joven maravilloso supervisado por el muy profesional Harry. Cena y desayuno también maravilloso. Partner tuvo tratamientos de spa que calificó altamente y buenas instalaciones de ocio piscina, jacuzzi, etc. Ninguna solicitud fue demasiado problema para el personal. Muchas gracias 😍❤️
