Ouvert en 2005, l'hôtel de la Citadelle, situé près du coeur historique et culturel de Metz, est digne des plus beaux fleurons de l'hôtellerie Haut de gamme. Cette bâtisse militaire d'envergure fût construite à partir de 1559 dans le but de conserver la place de Metz conquise par le roi Henri II. Ce bâtiment sobre et épuré compte aujourd'hui 68 chambres dont 2 suites, 4 salles de réunion, 1 bar lounge, 1 restaurant gastronomique "La Table" étoilé Michelin et orchestré par Christophe Dufossé.

“A little bit disappointed about this hotel. The rooms are huge, but the hygiene is something to be BIG worry about. Our room was big an quite nice, but by some places spider webs! I just took a spider out from our room!!! The shower worked not good. In our room you have the toilet in another room without sink!!! The stairwell was a mess too. Too expensive for the quality they offer. Happily we stayed only one nigth.”
