“We had a couple's trip at the hard rock Punta Cana, it was tons of fun, and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good for the price. The food was very average, but we had great pool food at the Eden pool (fried shrimp was one of the best things we ate). The entertainment was fun/engaging and made the experience so much more enjoyable. I wanted to Highlight one of the staff that works at the main pool. His name is Ramon, and he was the nicest man and provided the best service I have ever had in my whole life. We didn't have to ask for anything he would read our minds and bring us whatever we needed. He made us all feel like family and took excellent care of us the whole week. I would come back to this resort just because of Ramon! The other staff at the resort was great as well! If anyone from management is reading this review, I want to make it clear that Ramon is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met, really cares about the guests and deserves a huge raise. I will be back to this resort because of Ramon, he left us with such a great experience.”

“Going to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana resort is one of our favourite destination for a fun filled or a relaxing vacation, with having 13 pools to choose from to spend your days or enjoying the beautiful long white sandy beach, amazing views! 9 restaurants to choose from for the foodie in you. The grounds are super well maintained, the people, personnel/staff are very nice, super helpful and professional. Thank you Angélica for all your help, you're awesome!
