“I rarely post regarding personal or individual performance but this professional(sales person) was above and beyond 99.9 percentile of possible extraordinary performance and skills. Her name is Vanessa Michellelle Lopez. an extraordinary vendor for Legendary Business Time Shares Sales Group. I was impressed for the high caliber and excellence as well as speed and performance of the entire sales force. This group is highly trained, competent and skilled but Vanessa manage to outshine this extremely competitive sales force. 👏 She is a brute Diamond 💎 at sales, my respects and recognition. Excellent chain support for Angeli at economic department as well. Awesome team!

“The main reason I am giving it two stars is because the majority of the staff members were absolutely amazing! When I first arrived we spent over an hour in line due to the fact there were people were making their own line and cutting us off on the other side. On the second day of our stay we tried booking excursions. They told us if we sit with them at a breakfast our excursions would be cheaper. We told them from the beginning if it had anything to do with a timechair or anything of that sort we were not buying it and they stated we wouldn’t have to buy anything just sit through the meeting. Long story short, the meeting that was only suppose to take 1 1/2 hours took over 3 hours. When we sat in the meeting room the woman told us “at the end we just need a yes or no”. When we told them no, they proceeded to get a manager, then 2 people after that to try and sell it to us. Not to mention throughout the whole meeting the workers were rolling their eyes and giving us dirty looks when they couldn’t sell it to us. Needless to say it was a turn off to wanting to come back. The food was alright, one thing to note is if you do stay here, make sure you book your dinners in advance. On another note, the resort itself has a lot of cool things to do such as mini golf, laser tag, escape room, etc but for an “all inclusive” and having to pay separate for all of those cool things to do on top of my rate for staying was not ideal. I personally wish I would have known that earlier. I could say more but all in all, this resort was personally not for me.”
