“Good overall experience, not great. We would recommend trying someplace else for the price range. Hotel offered nice things such as flavored water in the atrium and a welcome bag. We've been to a couple of Embassy Suites and this one did have great complementary manager's reception. Special note to the excellent service at the bar. Highest remarks. The front desk service was poor. For example, my kids wanted to swim in the temporarily closed pool, but the front desk felt that "I don't know" is a good response. My daughter was distraught by the response. Also, we selected this hotel because of the pool, which was closed, and free parking, which cost us $10. There was no water in the gym as well. We found bugs and mold in our room.”

“This place was a pleasant surprise. From arrival I was pleased using my digital key to get into my room without having to go directly to the front desk with my luggage.
The room was clean, nicely appointed, and provided plenty of space.
The nightly manager’s reception was a fabulous perk - two FREE drinks per room.
The made-to-order breakfast was awesome. It was truly, made-to-order - and it was VERY good! Ms Sandra (one of the cooks there) was very pleasant and made sure that you got what you wanted.
Location is great - a quick easy ride to anywhere you may need to go in Charlotte.
All in all, this place was a good cost effective pick for accommodations in the area!”
