The Minnie house of the area is excellent, especially the area of animation. I definitely recommend, and my little cousin had so much fun.

Amazing hotel love the service, the people are so kind and generous and the beach is to die for . The animation crew is very entertaining and is good at keeping the crowd live.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas. Internet deficiente estando en el 2021. El personal en su gran mayoría (90%) son muy mal contestados y poco amables. Falta de mantenimiento en gran parte de las instalaciones (espacios verdes, fachada del hotel, etc). La comida deja mucho que desear. Poca variedad. It has been an absolute nightmare! Stay away from this place! Luckily we had only booked 2 nights. This place is falling apart! Please check my photos. I have never seen anything like that. 170 euro a night ants in your bed inclusive. We changed the room imidiately after we entered. Dirty linen, rotten shower drain the door falling apart. The food in the buffet is not eatable! The hotel is full of French I am surprised they didn't start a revolution about the low food quality! They want to charge you for using the safe. I refused to do that. The only positive here was the nice lady at the guest service who helped us in several matters.i hope she can find a better job in another hotel! I can only urge you to stay somewhere else.

Área geral do hotel muito agradável e grande. Mas falta de manutenção, limpeza fraca, alimentação pouco variada e de fraca qualidade. 3 a 4 variedades de fruta e nem 1 sumo natural de fruta. Estar num país tropical sem puder disfriturar de fruta... Animação razoável, mas DJ que é o mesmo que acompanha as animações e a discoteca é muito fraco e sempre, sempre, sempre repetitivo. Não é um hotel de 5 estrelas 😔

Mi estadía en el Hotel Be Live Canoa fue muy buena, el equipo de animación fantástico, muy chéveres, bien chulos, amables, y energéticos. Me gusto mucho esa parte. Por otra parte, tuvimos varios problemas con la habitación. Pero el hotel muy lindo.

Hotel 5* que parece de 1* precisa de uma renovação urgente. Apesar de ter ficado num dos melhores quartos do hotel 1916 deixa bastante a desejar, desde quartos sem fechaduras nas janelas para a varanda, que se torna grave, quando se trata do piso 0, onde qualquer pessoa pode entrar, ao cheiro a humidade (mofo) á falta de higiene… os lençóis são colocados sujos nas camas, apesar das toalhas serem trocadas vêm com marcas de uso (mal lavadas), o mini-bar do quarto para ser reposto tem que se reclamar, á existência de bichos como aranhas e baratas. A comida com pouca variedade, foi servida a semana inteira costeletas de porco com sabor a jamon, os utensílios onde são confeccionadas também deixam bastante a desejar a nível de limpeza, e a loiça e talheres sempre com marcas de dedadas… também só é possível comer ao almoço e ao jantar, não são servidos lanches nem qualquer aperitivo tais como amendoins. As toalhas de praia/piscina são difíceis de conseguir, bem como, difíceis de trocar, a lavagem da roupa deixa um pouco a desejar. A praia é maravilhosa, como é esperado do Mar Caribe, no entanto, junto a este hotel existe bastantes pedras o que dificulta a entrada na água, relativamente á piscina não é limpa. As espreguiçadeiras estão maioritariamente partidas e a precisar de substituição. Os empregados são pouco profissionais e antipáticos. Para quem vai com regime incluído, volta e meia não há um simples café, ou uma cerveja, caso acabe não há reposição de stock, nem preocupação por parte dos colaboradores por prestar um bom serviço. Cadeia hoteleira a não repetir, surreal!

Bem nem sei por onde começar… o hotel para 5 estrelas é mesmo muito muito fraco, desde limpeza, a simpatia dos empregados, a comida e a instalação. O meu quarto cheirava a humidade e em relação ao mini bar a reposição era rara. Os empregados muito antipaticos e desinteressados, tanto que levantaram me o prato enquanto comia sem sequer perguntarem se podiam. Nada prestáveis. As piscinas mega sujas. As espreguiçadeiras tanto na praia do vip como no pontão (as de madeira) todas partidas. Baratas nos quartos mortas. Bem tinha tanto por dizer, mas penso que ja disse o necessário… hotel não aconselhável para o preço que se paga. Nem merece a classificação que tem. E sim a praia é bonita e vale a pena mesmo com pedras. Bayahibe aconselho o hotel nem pensar. Essa cadeia nunca mais

Dou 5 estrelas porque apesar de ser um hotel já mais velhote, não tenho nada de mal para dizer, a alimentação é boa temos várias opções, sim a carne é mais repetida, mas tem sempre opções. A limpeza não posso falar mal, fiquei no quarto 1101 e estava sempre limpo, com águas, cerveja,... A praia é boa e sim tem pedras na entrada assim como o hotel lado, para que não gosta pode sempre ir pelas escadas para o mar e pode subir novamente pelas escadas. A piscina é grande, não usei a piscina praticamente, com um mar daqueles 😀, animação tem todos os dias, em relação aos funcionários são simpáticos, nada a apontar. O hotel tem muitas espreguiçadeiras e bastante sombra, os jardins são bonitos e estava tudo a ser arranjado na semana que eu estive lá, tem muitos animais, nunca vi nenhum animal morto como foi referido em outras publicações. O hotel está a ser arranjado e pintado. Este hotel reabriu em Agosto por isso é normal terem que fazer alguns ajustes. É um hotel de praia por isso fiquei bastante satisfeita.

O serviço e as condições no hotel são muito abaixo dos preços que pedem bem como da aclamação que dizem ter… higiene pobre, tudo a meio gás, empregados incapazes e nem sempre bem dispostos.. fica como ponto positivo a animação!!! Muito energéticos, simpáticos, interativos e sempre sorridentes! Realce especial para Papi Juan - muito bom em bachata - e Jackson, muito carismáticos e excelentes bailarinos

Excelente animação Papi Juan, é um bom animador. Está sempre pronto a dançar, muito agradável. E o Jackson, é incrível. O melhor. Pela animação, vale a pena. Apenas isso !!!

Hotel péssimo, com más condições, falta de limpeza. Empregados antipáticos, sem respeito pelo cliente. Comida com pouca variedade e nem sempre bem confeccionada. Quando há um problema, não são colaborantes e só 1 ou 2 pessoas "tentam" ajudar mas na verdade ninguém ajuda.

Tudo desastroso com exceção da excelente equipa de animação! Sempre disponíveis e com bastante energia! Em especial de referir os animadores Papi Juan e Jackson que são incríveis!

Disconforme. Para nada tiene características de 5 estrellas. Hay que pagar para usar la caja de seguridad. La atención tanto de la recepción como la del buffet es mala. No higienizan las mesas, comidas que no reponen o frías, tardan en atender a los huéspedes. Respecto del servicio de toallas, nunca hay o hay que esperarlas demasiado tiempo. Las habitaciones tienen fallas (sobretodo en los baños). El aspecto del hotel está bastante descuidado (cosas rotas, pastos altos, etc). El grupo de animación es bueno.

Good hotel for one week. If you want to stay longer? This is not the best place to go. Everything repeats itself, always the same music and the same food in the restaurant. Which tastes very good, really. Nice employees here, all of them.

Super animation!! I loved staying in the VIP section as the sheets and the bed were soo comfortable. The service was impeccable and the animation teams were very funny. I loved the massages I got from the Spa. I got excellent tennis training lessons from a young professional, which is the reason to have chosen that hotel. On the downside, food is missing some ingredients and food preparation techniques but, hey, it's the Dominican Republic...

Amazing entertainment, fantastic staff like Chris Rock and Will Smith (love their stage names) and the food was surprisingly good!! You’ll love the pool, rooms and the beach (gorgeous and a 5 minute walk from your bedroom door). Great bartenders with awesome skills - will come back for sure!!

This was our first time in Dominican republic. The country it self was beautiful, the people were super friendly out of the resort. The workers in the resort were completely nice hard working individuals. But we were so disappointed with the hotel. The rooms/washrooms/pool/restaurants were completely dirty. When we arrived they wanted to give us two small beds. Then we asked for one big bed which they agreed to change our room. When we arrived to our new room it was completely dirty. Dirty bedsheets that we were stuck with for the whole week. They would only give us two water bottles a day with fridge that didn't work. The only good part of this hotel was the entertainment team . They keep the party going and making the stay much better. We really loved the entertainment team and became friends. They made the evening and the day at the pool better. Other then that it was nightmare and would never stay at be live collection hotel again

I booked this hotel because of high ratings but after staying there I believe they were fake reviews. The hotel is not even 2 star but it’s advertised as five star. Pro: the beach is good and it has a nice garden. Cons: The food is terrible. The menu is the same everyday & Nothing taste good. The building is so old and the rooms are so humid, dirty and smell so bad. We complained to guest service and seemed they were aware of the problem, they said they send somebody but it didn’t change anything! We asked for room change but they said they are fully booked m. Then we found the toilet also doesn’t work, finally they changed the room. Second room a little cleaner but still very humid, so some nights we could not breathe at room. We complained again but at the end nothing changed.
