“Stayed on the Family side. Noisy the 2nd week as the adults section closed (reserved for private party) and the adults came to party in the kids' areas. Despite this, all staff at this resort is exceedingly kind and welcoming. Of note, our concierge Raul was extremely accommodating and resourceful. He acted as a very responsive and reliable liaison with the establishment and there wasn't a single need that he wasn't able to satisfy. We were very happy with his support over the 10 days spent on resort. A special shout out to our friends Salvador and Alejandro from the Reserve Pool service staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. They even fished one of our bags from the jungle behind the resort grounds where wild animals had decided to take our valuables and eat through the bag.”

“I enjoyed going to breakfast at the Hadar restaurant. The service there was really great. In particular, if you can, ask for Ismael Garcia, Gresli, and Jose. Ismael was amazing and attended us very well. Very professional and we got to know him over the next few days of our vacation. He’s nice, very welcoming, and made my wife and I want to come back and ask for him specifically. He’s a hard worker and deserves a raise!! Thank you to Paradisus and Hadar for letting us get to know him.”
