“Sumamente decepcionado de este hotel del que tantas expectativas tenia explico las razones:1-costo ridículamente caro (cuesta lo mismo por noche que el Riu Palace Pacifico todo incluido y ni de broma se acerca a la calidad en instalaciones y servicios que tiene el Riu)2- te cobran hasta el WiFi (literalmente) te cobran al hacer check-out el uso del WiFi, bueno hasta las botellas de agua que te dejan en la habitación te las cobran3-elegi la opción sin alimentos (por fortuna) en la piscina tenia que andar detrás de la mesera para que nos cobrara las bebidas (hasta eso)4- la cereza del pastel elegí habitación con vista al mar y me asignaron al llegar una habitación que ni siquiera se podría decir que era vista al jardín, quizás era vista al mar pero si talabas las palmeras y arbolescon vista espantosa cual si fuera jungla.en conclusión estéticamente no es malo, pero dista mucho de ser el mejor, pero el servicio es tristemente muy inferior para el prestigio que tiene dicha cadena hotelera, $5,500 pesos por una noche con horrible vista, pésimo servicio y ni WIFI te incluye”

“Everything was great. We were very happy with our room. We ate good food and relaxed by the pool. Plus, the hotel was so conveniently located that we were a short cab ride away from the Romanic Zone and lots of great restaurants everywhere. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful; everyone from the room cleaners, front desk, bellmen, waiters - couldn't have been nicer. Thank you, and looking forward to returning!”
