“El hotel está bonito, las áreas verdes muy cuidadas. Las albercas bien. Lo malo, cucaracha en mi habitación, la comida insípida, muy repetitiva y los vasos sucios. A la mitad de los meseros de la alberca hay que perseguirlos para que te atiendan.”

“Beautiful, fantastic resort… I deducted one star because the executive lounge on the 23rd floor does not feel safe for those with COVIDconcerns. Lounge can be quite crowded, the airflow is insufficient, spacing between tables is insufficient as well. I feel this could be easily corrected, just by Opening it to the outside air or by increasing the air conditioning flow. Otherwise, really nice resort. Had a nice time there!”
