“Your amenities list is in accurate and incorrect. After driving four hours with an infant a dog my wife and myself we arrived at this hotel to be told we weren't allowed to stay there because they do not except pets. I've verified this multi Unusable...refund”

“Our room smelled like a smokers room. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I also booked this hotel for their free hot breakfast. That did. Not happen due to covid.i think when I booked it tge breakfast was still listed.”
