“Nothing actually. Horrible experience We had no hot water in the shower. We notified management 3 different times during an hour and 15 min. Asked to be moved to a different room was told there was none. Then was told we can use another rooms shower if needed. Long story short NO SHOWER!!!”

“For being an Embassy Suites, service an amenities, even with the corona virus playing a part, were sub par. No effort made to make up for the lack of service. The only thing we were offered was a refund which I would have taken but we were unpacked alread”
