“What a wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice. Dana was a great Navigator. She helped us with reservations and helpful tips. The hotel
Is in a great location. Everything is no more than a 10 or 15 minute walk (or less). The coffee shop was also very convenient. We appreciated the upgrade since we had two teenage boys and the extra room space was awesome. I have to mention the valet staff. They were fantastic. Always polite and quick.”

“A good not great hotel with a couple of issues: 1) like all Renaissance hotels, the bathrooms show the age of the hotel. Renovate these! 2) a hotel of this quality and price should have a full breakfast restaurant, not a snacks/handhelds shop. Yes, there are good alternatives off-site within a couple of blocks, but these are no good when the tropical storm rains are falling. Appreciated the staff service and the extras offered in the lobby each night. A fair choice for Charleston close to King St.”
