“A good not great hotel with a couple of issues: 1) like all Renaissance hotels, the bathrooms show the age of the hotel. Renovate these! 2) a hotel of this quality and price should have a full breakfast restaurant, not a snacks/handhelds shop. Yes, there are good alternatives off-site within a couple of blocks, but these are no good when the tropical storm rains are falling. Appreciated the staff service and the extras offered in the lobby each night. A fair choice for Charleston close to King St.”

“Such a great experience! The room was so quiet and we slept well. There are outlets directly next to the beds so you can charge your phone right next to you. Complimentary water bottles in the hotel and in the hotel gym (which is a great facility as well). Clean and smells amazing. Aveda products in the bathroom. Did a late checkout which I greatly appreciated. Fast easy valet service. (Expensive but worth it) The location is right on King Street so it’s perfect for shopping and eating. Overall I’d absolutely stay here again!”
