Para ser honesto, eu não estava esperando muito neste hotel. Mas para minha surpresa o hotel era muito bom. O quarto era limpo e bastante espaçoso. A cama também. Acredite ou não, mesmo um hotel 5 estrelas não é garantia de que você terá um 😔.A comida era tremendamente boa, era melhor do que apenas ok. A experiência indulgente das culinárias de eid mubarak foi satisfatória.Embora a piscina seja pequena. Nós gostamos disso. As toalhas limpas estavam sempre prontas, e os funcionários foram rápidos para acomodar nossas necessidades. Nós não experimentamos as piscinas quentes e frias, por isso foi a sauna.O único inconveniente e a razão pela qual não dei 5 estrelas foram os funcionários. Se eles pudessem dar seus sorrisos grandes e calorosos todas as vezes, acredito que poderiam ser um enxame de pessoas preenchendo esta propriedade.E também o preço era bastante acessível para cada experiência agradável que você pode receber

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much in this hotel. But to my surprise the hotel was quite good. The room was clean and quite spacious. So was the bed. Believe it or not, even a 5 stars hotelisn't a guarantee that you'll have one 😔.The food was tremendously good, it was better than just okay. The indulging experience of eid mubarak's culinaries was satisfactory.Though swimming pool is small. We enjoyed it. The clean towels were always ready, and the staffs were fast to accomodate our needs. We didn't try the warm and coold pools, so was the sauna.The only draw back and the reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the staffs. If they could give their big and warmth smiles every times, I believe they could be swarm of peoples filling in this property.And also the price was quite affordable for every nice experience you might receive

Tried their restaurant for iftar, strategic location very easy to find, food tastes great, service is satisfying, parking area is spacious, mushola is not that big but enough for maybe 5 persons (women section).

Só aqui para uma reunião. A sala de reuniões é espaçosa, é uma pena que haja um poste no meio. A comida é bastante variada e bastante saborosa. O banheiro perto da sala de reuniões é espaçoso e muito limpo.

Estou em quarentena aqui começando em 13-17 para serviço de FO, equipe HK conduzida, ótimo, amigável, bom trabalho, os quartos também são confortáveis, à prova de som, mas para o menu de comida, não estou satisfeito com a quarentena

O café da manhã é excelente.Eu pedi um quarto para não fumantes, mas cheirava a fumar um. Eles tentaram purificá-lo com lâmpada uv, é claro que não estava funcionando para o problema. Graças a Deus eles nos deixaram mudar para outro quarto.

Chegando em casa do trabalho no cruzeiro, a empresa continua exigindo que a empresa fique em quarentena neste hotel, o quarto é bom, mas a qualidade da comida entregue no quarto não é muito boa. longe do menu padrão do hotel de 5 estrelas, pratos de sourcing, sopa fria, a julgar pelo modelo sinto que é o mesmo menu de comida que se destina aos funcionários deste hotel. A quarentena é permitida para check-out no terceiro dia, mas como a passagem aérea pode ser no dia seguinte, tenho que ficar mais 1 dia lá. Ligue para a recepção, posso sair do quarto porque tenho uma necessidade muito urgente de cuidar de um caixa eletrônico perdido no aeroporto e meu celular está bloqueado, eles dizem que não posso. Não é como se eu já estivesse no terceiro dia. Por favor, não dificulte. Mostre que a qualidade do seu serviço é realmente profissional. The breakfast is excellent.I ordered non smoking room, but it did smell like smoking one. They tried to purify it with uv lamp of course it was not working for the problem. Thank goodness they let us change to another room.

Good hotel, decent quarantine foods. The only bad thing was the lingering smoke smell on a supposedly smoke free floor. It seems they are powerless to enforce the smoke free zone regulation.

The conference rooms are adequate for the kind of meeting we had and have a projector, white board and microphone. Snacks available.Very polite and well trained staff. I came from a 12 hours-long flight and I called the room service for food and they took 2 and half hours to deliver a totally horrible food and imagine eating a food like that after you’re hungry and waiting to find a hotel since morning. We were quarantined here for 10 days and paid like ₹85,000 ($1200) and how to put in words other than it REALLY SUCKED. Housekeeping was actually nice, everything was very clean and whatnot but the food was REALLY BAD and from what i saw and felt, nobody put the tiniest effort in making it. They use to call us, “Ma’am what would you like to have?” but use to send exactly opposite of what we asked. Let me give you an example, my father is pure vegetarian and he wanted vegetarian food but they actually sent beef. Like imagine being an Hindu and getting beef served. Totally disgusting. When we asked where to complain they would go silent. We tried calling manager at least 15 times but never got to see his face. Also our rt-pcr test came 17 hours (4pm-9am) late and we had to catch the train to Surabaya and we had to postpone it because of that. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of sensitivity and hospitality of this hotel which claims to be 5-star.

I am currently staying for a quarantine here right now and it is already my 6th day here. To be honest, there are currently mixed reviews and I will explain it from the start. Starting from Soetta airport, someone has been appointed to accompany me and wait for my PCR test but turns out he was not there all the time and he went outside airport to assist other guests. I was left alone with no assistance for more than one hour and had to get my PCR result myself. PCR result should have been received in order to get transferred to the hotel, meanwhile waiting in a very crowded lounge may risk myself getting infected. I complained to the person in charge of the hotel, Bu Dian and they sent me other personnel quite fast. Then this personnel helped me getting taxi ride to the hotel and it only took us around 30 minutes. I suggest the hotel could get better in managing personnel's schedule or adding more personnel in charge of picking the guests. Not a very good start, but they managed it quite well.Check-in was smooth. Someone assisted me to my room at 7th floor. The room is clean, bright and modern. AC temperature can be adjusted, complimentary as tea and coffee were provided. Although in 7th floor I realized that they allow guests to smoke, sometimes I smell cigarette smokes comes out from my bathroom. It may leak from ventilators there. I also noticed that the room walls are not built thick enough and not soundproofed as I could hear my neighbors laugh so loud at night and I hear their alarm phone vibrate quite clear every now and then. Not the best, but still okay.The quarantine package offers me free 5pcs laundry every day and house-keeping always come everyday to ask whether I want my room cleaned or tidied up. Kudos to Mr. Ichsan that cleaned my room twice until today. He was detail-oriented, polite and friendly. He also made sure to vacuum my room, empty every trash bins, change towels and add more toiletries, water bottles and complimentary tea. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness.Punctuality was a problem during my firsts day of stay (until 6th day). I tried complaining to the receptionist and room service division several times. I had to remind the restaurant to write down my menu preference for meal. On 7th day, I finally realized the improvement. Food was delivered on time. Room service called my room earlier to ask which menu I should choose and staffs prioritized on delivering my meal. The remaining days of my stay was a bliss. Everyone served me well before I asked for it. Kudos to all the staffs that helped me undergoing quarantine with ease. Please maintain this great quality of time-management and professionalism.The day before I checked out, around 8.30 AM one health inspector and hotel staff came to my room. I did PCR test outside my room and it only took around 5 minutes. The test was out the next day before I had to check out and they called me to inform the result.To stay in Grand Mercure Harmoni was a nice experience overall, despite the punctuality problem on delivering meal and house-keeping schedule on first days, but they did get better in time-management. Keep the great work and impress the guest. All the best for Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni!
