“A very nice hotel, with nice rooms and great amenities, with slippers, robe and good replenishment of everything each day.
The gym is basic but enough room for you to exercise and cold water available and fresh gym towels a nice touch.
We had to check out early in the morning and it was no issue to get our bill sorted the night before. Nine who checked us in and out was very professional and helpful in sorting everything out.
One thing though, our coffee machine in the room wasn't working and i mentioned it to the front office desk and he told me that they will look at it to fix it. The same machine was still in the room when we got back that evening and looks like it wasn't addressed. It was a public holiday weekend, so this could have been the case that they didn't have anyone.
The breakfast was very nice however with coffee machines there.
The hotel is in the centre of town and i would stay here again”

“Quarto velho e sem manutenção. Carpete todo manchado e com poeira nos cantos. Móveis velhos, buraco no teto. Frigobar não funcionava (comida da minha bebê estragou), trocaram por um menor todo rachado por dentro. Ducha saiu na mão quando fui ajustar a direção da água. Vista panorâmica? Nada. Vista para o fundo.para os exaustores..Dois dias depois conseguimos mudar de quarto, um "reformado".. Não aceitam cartão pré pago. Funcionários do restaurante (pelo menos os da manhã) sem cordialidade. Alarme solicitando evacuação do hotel tocou por volta das 5h da manhã. (Detalhe: só falava em espanhol. Pessoas na frente do meu quarto não entendia o que era pra fazer já que não entendia a língua, falavam inglês) Todos desceram, a saída foi feita pela garagem, um frio de 2 graus. As arrumadeiras e uma moça de nome Estefany (não lembro com escreve), muito educadas e prestativas. Estavam sempre sorridentes e cumprimentava. Escolhi o Mercure por já ter me hospedado em outros da rede. . Mas esse não se compara com nenhum outro que fiquei hospedada. Esse foi o pior que já fiquei.Olhando as avaliações mais antigas, dizem estar em reforma.Não parece. Se realmente estivesse, já teriam terminado. Informei na reserva que deveria ser quarto sem carpete. Ou seja, não adiantou em nada. Tive que tomar antialérgico pra poder permanecer no quarto. Gostaria de entender como tem coragem de deixar um apartamento desses em uso. Chegamos pra descansar e foi só raiva.”
