“Escribo no en calidad de usuaria del hotel sino como vecina. He visto que han mejorado las instalaciones para sus huéspedes, pero creo que también debiera haber respeto por quienes habitan en su entorno. Vivo en el edificio que está al lado y el ruido del sistema de ventilación (si es que se llama así) puesto en su techo es realmente molesto. Si bien vivir en la alameda nunca ha sido algo tranquilo, al menos sería bueno tener un poco de silencio en la noche, pero al disminuir los ruidos del ambiente, sobresale el que viene desde su edificio. Esto me molesta hace bastante pero no quería sonar “exagerada”, sin embargo esto ha afectado mi calidad de vida, duermo mal y evito abrir la ventana cuando hace calor… y no me parece justo. Hablé en la conserjería de mi edificio y también notifiqué al administrador pero no hubo respuesta (hasta ahora sé que al menos un vecino más ha reclamado). Espero puedan hacer algo al respecto… bajar la potencia durante la noche o modernizar el sistema. Un cordial saludo.”

“Excellent staff. Most receptionists speak English. Transfers were well planned and drivers good. The hotel is clean and of a high standard. The restaurant served good quality good. The menu had some good options. Buffet breakfast was good although hot food options were limited. It is conveniently located very close to Santa Lucia metro station. The hotel may want to reconsider bedding options as both the doona and the acrylic blanket were too hot. I prefer not to sleep in air conditioning. A top linen sheet would have been helpful. Apart from that, I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.”
