“Terrible room service is awful! Room service closes at 10:30, am barely any food on the menu. Breakfast is only till 10AM. Hello?!? We are in the main spots in London, people wanna sleep in and still be able to get Breakfast! Terrible House Cleaning. Came into my room the day I arrived to dirty stains on my mattress! No snacks in the hotel room, Mini fridge is completely empty. furniture has dusty coming off it.”
