“O serviço de quarto terrível é horrível! O serviço de quarto fecha às 10h30, quase não há comida no menu. O café da manhã é apenas até às 10h. Olá?!? Estamos nos pontos principais de Londres, as pessoas querem dormir e ainda poder tomar café da manhã! Limpeza de casa terrível. Entrei no meu quarto no dia em que cheguei com manchas de sujeira no meu colchão! Não há lanches no quarto do hotel, a minigeladeira está completamente vazia. a mobília tem poeira saindo dela.”
