“Hotel boutique em Knightsbridge ao lado do shopping Harrods na área de luxo de Londres, difícil de encontrar uma localização melhor. no entanto, este hotel tem pouco luxo. O quarto é excessivamente pequeno, carpete manchado, banheira / chuveiro muito desagradável de usar, colchão e travesseiros muito macios, resultando em uma parte traseira devastada, frigobar vazio. o serviço na medida em que usamos (praticamente nada) foi bom. em resumo, eu salvaria apenas a localização e certamente há alternativas de melhor custo-benefício.”

“Terrible room service is awful! Room service closes at 10:30, am barely any food on the menu. Breakfast is only till 10AM. Hello?!? We are in the main spots in London, people wanna sleep in and still be able to get Breakfast! Terrible House Cleaning. Came into my room the day I arrived to dirty stains on my
mattress! No snacks in the hotel room, Mini fridge is completely empty. furniture has dusty coming off it.”
