We had a great stay even though it was short. The service from everyone was top notch. Due to the Covid 19 measures, a lot needs to be limited or restricted however the hotel has done it in a neat, friendly and orderly manner. Thank you for the kind birthday cake surprise for my daughter during the stay. She is so thrilled and pampered throughout the stay. Keep up the great work and we will be back!

My family took up the fun family playcation package. It was a lovely time for the whole family over the weekend. All our needs were very well taken care of and we enjoyed our weekend.
Special mention for the newly opened Splash Zone - done up very well and a marvelous place.
Small area of improvement for the picnic basket: might be good to include either mosquito patches or some bug spray. And additional paper napkins.
All in all, a very delightful time we had.

one word excellent , best hotel I stayed in Singapore. Food, services and cleanliness is top notch. Playcation family package is very entertaining for my whole family, especially for the kids. My kids enjoyed the Buds indoor playground and splash outdoor. However it would be good to be given an option to reserve the time slot during booking of the hotel, as when i check in the afternoon most time slots are full for the day. I would like to thank your management for upgrading my room for my anniversary celebration.
