Special mention for the newly opened Splash Zone - done up very well and a marvelous place.
Small area of improvement for the picnic basket: might be good to include either mosquito patches or some bug spray. And additional paper napkins.

However it would be good to be given an option to reserve the time slot during booking of the hotel, as when i check in the afternoon most time slots are full for the day. I would like to thank your management for upgrading my room for my anniversary celebration.”

We had a great stay even though it was short. The service from everyone was top notch. Due to the Covid 19 measures, a lot needs to be limited or restricted however the hotel has done it in a neat, friendly and orderly manner. Thank you for the kind birthday cake surprise for my daughter during the stay. She is so thrilled and pampered throughout the stay. Keep up the great work and we will be back!

I love this hotel from day first. Their staffs are really Impressed me. Service is awesome. No doubt in Cleanliness. Neat and clean hotel. Very polite staff from reception to room service. I opt for Indian veg food ..taste is like traditional. I give 5 star this hotel and Its deserve it.

My family took up the fun family playcation package. It was a lovely time for the whole family over the weekend. All our needs were very well taken care of and we enjoyed our weekend.

Very professional service. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes. Even received a photo frame as a gift from one of the staff at valley wing. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
