“Very professional service. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes. Even received a photo frame as a gift from one of the staff at valley wing. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Thank you!”

“We had a great stay even though it was short. The service from everyone was top notch. Due to the Covid 19 measures, a lot needs to be limited or restricted however the hotel has done it in a neat, friendly and orderly manner. Thank you for the kind birthday cake surprise for my daughter during the stay. She is so thrilled and pampered throughout the stay. Keep up the great work and we will be back!”
